Below are some of those sites, along with a few things we've picked up about healthcare website design in New Zealand that don't tend to come up on other jobs.

Julia has been treating skin for more than forty years, from a room on Scenic Drive in Titirangi. Facials, lymphatic and buccal massage, and work on eczema, dermatitis, acne and rosacea.
Kathryn Ryan trained and worked as a psychotherapist in Boston and has 23 years' experience. She practises in Takapuna alongside three other practitioners, offering individual, couples and family therapy, clinical supervision and DBT groups.
Personal training in Porirua and online, with sports nutrition and custom meal plans alongside. There's a free initial consultation, and the packages, plans and weekly check-ins all book and pay through the site.
Soraya Butterworth coached football for years before qualifying as a clinical hypnotherapist. She works with athletes on confidence, pressure and self-sabotage, from rooms on the Hibiscus Coast Highway or online.
Broghan started Postpartmum in 2023 to give new mothers the village most no longer have. In-home help with laundry, meals and light housework, with WINZ-funded support for those who qualify.
Sleeves, braces and socks woven with germanium and carbon, which react to body heat rather than squeezing the way compression garments do. Dee handles the human and equine ranges throughout New Zealand.
Set up in 2000 by West Auckland residents who wanted a say in health planning. The volunteer board runs consumer representation, community forums, a hospital shuttle and Babies Out West for new parents.

An Auckland supplement business selling glutathione products in both oral and topical form. The site works as a straightforward shopfront, with the range, the ingredients and the ordering all on the same pages.

See the full portfolio →None of this is complicated, and none of it costs extra. It's just what we've learned is worth getting right when the person reading is often unwell, often anxious, and often deciding whether to pick up the phone at all.
Health services book in different ways — online, by phone, by referral, or not at all if the books are closed. People can't guess which, and a generic contact form doesn't tell them. We put the actual route on the page, and if you're not taking new patients, that goes on the page too rather than leaving someone to find out after they've waited a week for a reply.
ACC registration, professional body membership, the qualification behind the title — that's usually the thing deciding whether someone books you or the next name on the list. Buried on an About page it does nothing. We bring it onto the service pages and into the practitioner bios, the way The Village Osteopaths and O'Kane both do.
Someone with back pain and someone looking for pregnancy care are two different searches by two different people. Put both a third of the way down one long services page and neither gets found on its own terms. Giving each one its own page means it can rank for what it actually is, and the person reading gets the detail they came for.
People will type things into a health enquiry form that they wouldn't say out loud. That message shouldn't land in a shared inbox three staff can read, and it shouldn't sit in the website database indefinitely. We set the destination deliberately, keep what's stored to a minimum, and say on the form what happens to it.
