If we built your website, your payment includes hosting and domain name registration for the first year. After the first year (or if you are transferring your site to us), we offer ongoing hosting services and domain name renewals.

Hosting costs $324 ($281.74+GST) per year, which includes:

  • Daily backups of your site
  • Fast server speeds with state of the art security to reduce the risk of hacking
  • Full support in the event of any site issues
  • Free domain name renewal
  • Unlimited email accounts (total storage of 10GB)
Is my site backed up if you host it?

Yes – we backup the site every 24 hours, both on the server and externally.

Do you register domain names in your name or mine?

Definitely yours! Be careful of any company who registers a domain for you but puts it in their name – it means you have no rights to it should you need to move it.

So what does it cost?
We charge $69 per hour ($60+GST). Keep in mind that we charge by the minute – if a job takes 20 minutes, we charge for only 20 minutes. We do not have a ‘one hour minimum fee’ (common in the industry), so you only pay for exactly what you need.
Do you work on sites you don't host?
Unfortunately not – we need to know exactly how to backup and restore your site should there be any problems, as well as being able to access all parts of the server to make sure we can do the work you want done.
