First idea: mouse over the ports in the map and some info pops up. Problem here is the ports are a little close together and may be a little confusing for visitors.
Tokyo port
From this port we can ship to Tauranga, Auckland and so on.
Yokohama port
From this port we can ship to Tauranga, Auckland and so on.
Nagoya port
From this port we can ship to Tauranga, Auckland and so on.
Osaka port
